The GLA:D® program (Good Life with Arthritis: Denmark) is an evidence-based education and exercise program designed to help you manage OA symptoms safely and effectively, without relying on surgery.

How Does GLA:D® Work?

Initial Assessment
A one-on-one consultation to assess your joint health and tailor the program to your needs. This session is claimable through private health insurance and can be supported by an CMPP referral.
Free Education Session
Learn what osteoarthritis is, why it happens, and how the GLA:D® exercises improve joint stability and reduce pain.
Physiotherapist-Led Group Training
Twice-weekly sessions for 6–8 weeks focusing on neuromuscular exercises that improve muscle control, shock absorption, and overall joint function.
Final Assessment & Ongoing Plan
We review your progress and provide strategies to maintain your improvements long-term.

GLA:D® is suitable for anyone experiencing hip or knee osteoarthritis symptoms, whether mild or severe. No doctor referral is required.

Monday & Thursday – 10am
Wednesday & Friday – 12pm
Tuesday & Thursday – 5pm
