Onero™ – a dynamic, twice-weekly workout boosting bone & muscle strength and reducing fracture risk
BackStrong – Reclaim your strength & your life with BackStrong, a science-backed, expert-led back training once or twice weekly
Essentials Clinical Pilates – Rehab, stabilise and feel amazing in our Breathing Room Pilates studio with our experienced physios, 1 or 2 sessions/week (coming soon)
strong4life: Engage in our dynamic strong4life sessions, available once or twice per week, to build strength and vitality
Strongmovers: Join our Strongmovers class once per week to enhance your mobility and overall fitness
Combination Memberships – Mix and match any two groups (2 sessions/week)
Independent Gym Access: Enjoy the flexibility of our independent gym access, available 1, 2, or 3 times per week
Note: Once per week gym access can only be purchased as an addition to your other classes, while 2 or 3 times per week access can be purchased on their own.

Smooth Sailing with Automatic Payments
Commitment Period:
Set and forget! Our automatic payments are set up for a minimum of six payments, debited every four weeks (24 weeks total). This hassle-free arrangement continues seamlessly unless you let us know you wish to discontinue the next six months before that period starts.
Discounted Rates and special member benefits:
Enjoy exclusive savings by committing to a 24-week plan, discounts on apparel and more. It's our way of saying thank you for your dedication.
Class Reservation:
Plan ahead with ease! Once your payment plan is set up in our NAB portal, you'll get credits for the entire 24 weeks, allowing you to schedule all your classes upfront in Bookamat, our group platform.
Class Flexibility:
Life happens, and we get it. You can reschedule your classes via Bookamat whenever necessary, giving you the flexibility you need.
Suspension of Payments:
Need a break? You can suspend your direct debits for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of four weeks within the 24-week period.
Non-Refundable Payments:
Please note that direct debit payments are non-refundable.
