Whether you need a wee bit (we’re funny, right?) of help to recover after birth, are new to exercise or are raring to get your mojo back, our physio-led classes help with:

  • Pelvic floor recovery and control 

  • Treatment of abdominal separation 

  • Relief from back pain (picking up, feeding and carrying bub can hurt!)

  • Hip stability 

  • A gradual return to strength 

  • Bonding time with bub if they join in with you

Get back into fitness with our mums and bubs pilates-inspired Postnatal exercises classes in Bendigo. Led by our postnatal physio Sheena, it combines mat-based exercise with strength, stretching and pelvic floor work to get you moving in the ways you need to safely, at the level that suits you.

NEW CLASS STARTING

  • 45 min sessions

  • Bub is welcome but not essential! (for safety reasons bub can’t be mobile yet)

  • Suitable from 6 weeks post-partum, physio assessment required to join
