Growing up in a farming family, Meagan learned early how important it is to stay fit, strong and healthy for long term wellbeing. Her lifelong passion for movement led her to become an accredited Exercise Physiologist, driven by a genuine commitment to helping people feel confident in their bodies and supported in their health.
Meagan enjoys taking the time to understand each person's goals, challenges and motivations. She works alongside clients to create safe, achievable and evidence based exercise programs that support sustainable change. Whether you want to build strength, improve balance, or manage a health condition, Meagan brings a calm, encouraging and practical approach to every session.
Outside the clinic, Meagan loves exercising, exploring anything crafty and spending quality time with her young family.
