Kalcey Gahan – Exercise Physiologist & GLA:D® Practitioner
Kalcey is passionate about helping you move with confidence, build strength and get back to the activities that matter most. With strong roots in the Bendigo community, she has spent her career supporting people to reach meaningful goals and feel more at home in their bodies.
She brings a supportive, encouraging and evidence based approach to every session. Kalcey draws on her experience in strength and conditioning, functional movement coaching and tailored clinical exercise programs to guide you through safe, effective and achievable movement. Whether you are returning from injury, managing a health condition or working towards improved performance, she will work alongside you to create a plan that fits your needs and supports long term progress.
Kalcey believes movement is powerful medicine. She is committed to helping you enjoy exercise, build sustainable habits and feel confident in your ability to stay active throughout life.
Outside the clinic, Kalcey enjoys running, strength training and exploring new cafes and restaurants with family and friends.
