Meghan Cottle – Occupational Therapist

Meghan is an Occupational Therapist with a special interest in lymphoedema management and oncology rehabilitation, supporting clients through the often-overlooked challenges that can follow cancer treatment.

She works with people experiencing swelling, discomfort and movement restrictions after surgery or radiation. Meghan understands how unexpected and disruptive these symptoms can feel, and her approach is focused on helping you feel heard, supported, and clear on your next steps from the very first appointment.

Her care is personalised and hands-on, combining evidence-based treatment with practical education. This means you not only experience relief, but also develop the confidence and tools to manage your condition day-to-day. Meghan’s focus is always on reducing symptoms, restoring movement, and helping you return to the activities that matter most to you.

With a strong emphasis on early intervention and long-term outcomes, Meghan supports clients at every stage, whether preparing for treatment, recovering from surgery, or managing ongoing lymphoedema.

Meghan is deeply motivated by helping people regain a sense of control and confidence in their bodies during what can be an overwhelming time, and she values building genuine, supportive relationships with every client she works with.
